Exeter City, Port Vale, Rotherham United and Northampton Town will all be looking to make amends by re-gaining their spot in League One after a bitterly disappointing outcome to each of their league campaigns last season.
While they all have their sights set on a return to League One and will be working hard to achieve that goal, there is fierce competition in the fourth tier of English Football this season.
The likes of York City and Rochdale who will be looking to achieve back-to-back promotions in addition to teams such as Salford City, Chesterfield, and Grimsby Town who will looking to go one better after losing out in the playoffs last season, so who of these newly-relegated sides stands the best chance of making their way back up to the third tier of English Football?
